Vigifraude service terms: scope and contractual framework

Browsing the website does not create a service contract

The pages describe possible IT consulting, training and software activities. They do not themselves form a binding service offer or signed agreement.

Before any assignment, the parties should identify the objective, responsibilities, information to be provided and expected deliverables.

Define scope and deliverables in writing

The applicable quotation and Pacta contractual terms address pricing, payment, third-party costs and performance conditions.

Technical tools are subject to data and environmental limitations. No result is promised concerning recovery of funds or legal proceedings.

Practical checks

  • Request deliverable specifications
  • Review financial conditions
  • Clarify permitted data processing
  • Keep the signed contractual version

Refer to the accepted contract for binding terms

Individual-targeted investigations and regulated private detective work are excluded from Vigifraude’s offering.

This page is explanatory only. The current terms accepted for a particular order and mandatory applicable law govern the agreement.

Request the current contractual terms from contact@pacta.com.

Build a suitable control

Request the current Pacta terms before commissioning work and do not rely on an outdated copy of a public website.
